Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a gadolinium oxysulfide sintered body having high optical output. The problem is overcome by using a gadolinium oxysulfide sintered body comprising at least one augmenting agent selected from the group consisting of praseodymium, terbium, and cerium, wherein the ratio of the light transmittance at 410 nm T410 relative to the light transmittance at 512 nm T510 (T410/T512) is 0.31 to 0.61, while, in the XRD diffraction pattern, the ratio of the diffraction peak intensity Iy of phases other than gadolinium oxysulfide appearing at 2θ = 20 to 29° relative to the (102) or (011) diffraction peak intensity Ix of gadolinium oxysulfide appearing at 2θ = 30°±1° (Iy/x) is 0.1 or less.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un corps fritté d'oxysulfure de gadolinium présentant une sortie optique élevée. Le problème est résolu à l'aide d'un corps fritté d'oxysulfure de gadolinium comprenant au moins un agent d'augmentation choisi dans le groupe constitué par le praséodyme, le terbium et le cérium, le rapport de la transmittance de la lumière à 410 nm T410 par rapport à la transmittance de la lumière à 512 nm T510 (T410/T512) étant de 0,31 à 0,61, tandis que, dans le motif de diffraction de rayons X sur poudre XRD, le rapport de l'intensité du pic de diffraction Iy de phases autres que l'oxysulfure de gadolinium apparaissant à 2θ = 20 à 29° par rapport à l'intensité du pic de diffraction Ix (102) ou (011) d'oxysulfure de gadolinium apparaissant à 2θ = 30° ± 1° (Iy/x) est de 0,1 ou moins.
(JA) 本発明は、光出力の高いガドリニウム酸硫化物焼結体を提供する。当該課題は、410nmの光透過率T410の、512nmの光透過率T512に対する比率(T410 / T512)が0.31以上0.61以下であり、または、XRD回折パターンにおいて、2θ=20~29°に現れるガドリニウム酸硫化物とは異なる相の回折ピーク強度Iyの、2θ=30°±1°に現れるガドリニウム酸硫化物の(102)または(011)の回折ピーク強度Ixに対する比率(Iy/Ix)が0.1以下であり、プラセオジム、テルビウム、及びセリウムからなる群から選択される1種以上の賦活剤を含有するガドリニウム酸硫化物焼結体により解決される。
