Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to enable a magnetic encoder, which is provided with multiple rows of magnetic tracks, and which is capable of detecting an absolute angle, to be produced more easily and with higher accuracy. The present invention is provided with: an annular cored bar (2) provided with a bent plate part (2B) which is bent from an edge of a track forming surface part (2Aa), and which continues therefrom; and at least two rows of magnetic tracks (4) which are arranged adjacently, and in which N poles and S poles are alternately magnetized in a magnetic member (3) provided to the track forming surface part (2Aa). The magnetic tracks (4) comprise: a main track (5) which has the greatest number of magnetized poles, and which is used for angle calculation; and a secondary track (6) for calculating a phase difference between the main and secondary tracks. The main track (5) is positioned further towards the side near to the bent plate part (2B) than the secondary track (6).
(FR) Selon l’invention, il est possible de produire avec davantage de précision et plus facilement, un codeur magnétique possédant plusieurs pistes magnétiques et capable de détecter un angle absolu. Ce codeur magnétique comporte: une âme métallique (2) annulaire présentant une partie (2B) plaque courbée, laquelle est courbée à partir de et dans la continuité du bord d'une partie superficielle (2Aa) de formation de piste; et au moins deux pistes magnétiques (4) disposées adjacentes et dont les pôles N et S sont alternativement magnétisés par un élément magnétique (3) situé dans la partie superficielle (2Aa) de formation de piste. Ces pistes magnétiques (4) sont constituées d'une piste principale (5) qui présente le plus grand nombre de pôles magnétisés et qui est utilisée pour le calcul d'angle, et d'une piste secondaire (6) pour calculer la différence de phase des deux pistes. La piste principale (5) est située sur le côté plus proche de la partie (2B) plaque courbée que la piste secondaire (6).
(JA) 複列の磁気トラックを有し絶対角を検出可能な磁気エンコーダを、より高精度に、かつ簡易に製造可能とする。トラック形成面部(2Aa)の縁から折れ曲がって続く折り曲げ板部(2B)を有する環状の芯金(2)と、前記トラック形成面部(2Aa)に設けられた磁性部材(3)にそれぞれN極とS極が交互に着磁された2列以上の隣合って並ぶ磁気トラック(4)と備える。この磁気トラック(4)として、着磁極数が最も多く角度算出に使用される主トラック(5)と、それらの位相差を算出するための副トラック(6)とがある。主トラック(5)が副トラック(6)よりも折り曲げ板部(2B)に近い側に位置する。
