Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a composite body in which ceramic crystals are thinly and uniformly coated onto a base material containing a hydrophilic polymer. The composite body includes: the base material which includes a hydrophilic polymer; and a ceramic layer coating at least a part of the surface of the base layer. The ceramic layer contains crystals having a laminated structure. The ceramic layer may contain calcium phosphate. The thickness of the ceramic layer is 0.3-50 nm. The composite body is produced through a step for mixing and then stirring the following: a dispersion in which the base material is dispersed; a first solution containing calcium ions; and a second solution containing phosphate ions.
(FR) L'invention concerne un corps composite dans lequel des cristaux de céramique sont déposés de manière fine et uniforme sur un matériau de base contenant un polymère hydrophile. Le corps composite comprend : le matériau de base qui comprend un polymère hydrophile ; et une couche céramique recouvrant au moins une partie de la surface de la couche de base. La couche céramique contient des cristaux ayant une structure stratifiée. La couche céramique peut contenir du phosphate de calcium. L'épaisseur de la couche céramique est de 0,3 à 50 nm. Le corps composite est produit par une étape de mélange puis d'agitation des éléments suivants : une dispersion dans laquelle le matériau de base est dispersé ; une première solution contenant des ions calcium ; et une seconde solution contenant des ions phosphate.
(JA) 親水性高分子を含む基材上に、セラミックス結晶が薄く均一に被覆された複合体を提供する。複合体は、親水性高分子を含む基材と、基材の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆するセラミックス層とを有し、セラミックス層が積層構造を有する結晶を含んでいる。セラミックス層はリン酸カルシウムを含んでいてもよい。セラミックス層の厚みは0.3nm~50nmである。複合体は、基材が分散している分散液と、カルシウムイオンを含む第一溶液と、リン酸イオンを含む第二溶液を混合して撹拌する工程を経て製造される。
