Title: NON-MAGNETIC HIGH-STRENGTH STAINLESS STEEL PROCESSED ARTICLE, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME, AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Abstract:
Provided are a device and method for processing a high-strength two-phase-structured (austenite/ferrite) stainless steel material (SUS329JI), whereby processing-induced martensitic transformation of an austenitic stainless steel material (SUS304) is prevented and a high-hardness non-magnetic small precise component having excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties is provided with good product yield. The present invention is: an automatic continuous forging device provided with a forging mechanism part comprising a plurality of temperature-controlled dies, the automatic continuous forging device characterized in that the plastic deformation temperature of a metal material to be processed is maintained at 170°C to 400°C and temperature fluctuation is maintained at 30°C or less in the forging mechanism part comprising temperature-controlled dies; a non-magnetic high-strength stainless steel processed article obtained using the device; and a method for manufacturing the same. A temperature-controlled heat-insulating mechanism part may also be provided in the forging mechanism part comprising temperature-controlled dies.
