Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a spring assembly having different load properties in a plurality of phases such that a low load is applied during an initial spring stroke period, whereas a higher load is applied during a late spring stroke period. A spring assembly 10 has a plurality of first coil springs 1 and a plurality of second coil springs 2, and has a first support member 20 and a second support member 40. One end side of each of the first coil springs 1 is supported on a front surface side of the first support member 20. One end side of each of the second coil springs 2 is supported on a front surface side of the second support member 40. In this state, the other end side of each of the second coil springs 2 protrudes beyond the other end side of each of the first coil springs 1. When the plurality of first coil springs 1 and the plurality of second coil springs 2 are contracted, a sum of elastic repulsive forces of the plurality of first coil springs 1 is greater than a sum of elastic repulsive forces of the second coil springs 2.
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble de ressorts présentant différentes propriétés de charge dans une pluralité de phases de telle sorte qu'une faible charge est appliquée pendant une période de course de ressort initiale, tandis qu'une charge supérieure est appliquée pendant une période de course de ressort tardive. Un ensemble de ressorts (10) présente une pluralité de premiers ressorts hélicoïdaux (1) et une pluralité de seconds ressorts hélicoïdaux (2) et présente un premier élément de support (20) et un second élément de support (40). Un côté d'extrémité de chacun des premiers ressorts hélicoïdaux (1) est soutenu sur un côté de surface avant du premier élément de support (20). Un côté d'extrémité de chacun des seconds ressorts hélicoïdaux (2) est soutenu sur un côté de surface avant du second élément de support (40). Dans cet état, l'autre côté d'extrémité de chacun des seconds ressorts hélicoïdaux (2) fait saillie au-delà de l'autre côté d'extrémité de chacun des premiers ressorts hélicoïdaux (1). Lorsque la pluralité de premiers ressorts hélicoïdaux (1) et la pluralité de seconds ressorts hélicoïdaux (2) sont contractées, une somme des forces de répulsion élastiques de la pluralité de premiers ressorts hélicoïdaux (1) est supérieure à une somme des forces de répulsion élastiques des seconds ressorts hélicoïdaux (2).
