Abstract
(EN) A fiber-reinforced resin molding material which is configured from at least constituent elements (I) and (II) that are composed of fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin sheets, and which is characterized in that: the constituent element (I) is obtained by having a resin contain a reinforcing fiber bundle (i) that has an average number n1 of fibers of 5,000 or less, an average fiber length Lf1 of from 10 mm to 100 mm (inclusive) and a number of fibers per unit width of 2,000/mm or less; the constituent element (II) is obtained by having a resin contain a reinforcing fiber bundle (ii) that has an average number n2 of fibers of 500 or more, an average fiber length Lf2 of 3 mm or more but less than 10 mm and a number of fibers per unit width of 2,000/mm or less; and the constituent elements (I) and (II) are laminated such that the constituent element (I) is exposed in the surface. Consequently, the present invention provides a fiber-reinforced resin molding material which has excellent fluidity during the molding and excellent mechanical characteristics, especially excellent tensile strength and bending strength.
(FR) L'invention concerne un matériau de moulage de résine renforcé par des fibres qui est configuré à partir d'au moins des éléments constitutifs (I) et (II) qui sont composés de feuilles de résine thermoplastique renforcée par des fibres, et qui est caractérisé en ce que : l'élément constitutif (I) est obtenu en ayant une résine contenant un faisceau de fibres de renforcement (i) qui a un nombre moyen de fibres n1 de 5 000 ou moins, une longueur de fibre moyenne Lf1 de 10 mm à 100 mm (inclus) et un nombre de fibres par unité de largeur de 2 000/mm ou moins; l'élément constitutif (II) est obtenu en ayant une résine contenant un faisceau de fibres de renforcement (ii) qui a un nombre moyen de fibres n2 de 500 ou plus, une longueur moyenne de fibre Lf2 supérieure ou égale à 3 mm mais inférieure à 10 mm et un nombre de fibres par unité de largeur de 2 000/mm ou moins; et les éléments constitutifs (I) et (II) sont stratifiés de telle sorte que l'élément constitutif (I) est exposé dans la surface. Par conséquent, la présente invention concerne un matériau de moulage de résine renforcé par des fibres qui a une excellente fluidité pendant le moulage et d'excellentes caractéristiques mécaniques, en particulier une excellente résistance à la traction et une excellente résistance à la flexion.
