Abstract:
(EN) The wire feeder device (1) according to the present invention comprises: a first feeding part (11) that expels a welding wire (W) from a wire source (11e) to a welding torch (2); a second feeding part (12) that draws the welding wire (W) expelled by the first feeding part (11) into a welding torch (2); and a controller (13) that controls the speed at which the first feeding part (11) and the second feeding part (12) feed the welding wire (W). The controller (13) controls the speed at which the welding wire (W) is fed so that the surface speed of a roller (12a) of the second feeding part (12) is greater than the surface speed of a roller (11a) of the first feeding part (11).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif dévidoir de fil (1) comprenant : une première partie d'alimentation (11) qui expulse un fil de soudage (W) d'une source de fil (11e) à une torche de soudage (2); une seconde partie d'alimentation (12) qui tire le fil de soudage (W) expulsé par la première partie d'alimentation (11) dans une torche de soudage (2); et un dispositif de commande (13) qui commande la vitesse à laquelle la première partie d'alimentation (11) et la seconde partie d'alimentation (12) alimentent le fil de soudage (W). Le dispositif de commande (13) commande la vitesse à laquelle le fil de soudage (W) est alimenté de sorte que la vitesse de surface d'un rouleau (12a) de la seconde partie d'alimentation (12) soit supérieure à la vitesse de surface d'un rouleau (11a) de la première partie d'alimentation (11).
