Abstract

The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a novel vinyl chloride resin composition having exceptional transparency; and a molded article, in particular, a pipe joint, formed from said resin composition. This resin composition comprises 3-15 parts by mass of a rubbery impact-absorbing material (B) for which the glass transition point (Tg) in differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) does not exceed 0°C, and 0.1-10 parts by mass of a lubricant (C) that satisfies (i)-(iv) below, the content amounts above being indicated relative to 100 parts by mass of a vinyl chloride resin (A) having a chlorine content of 55-75 mass%. (i) The melt viscosity at 200°C is 5-5,000 mP·s (ii) The softening point is in the range of 60-180°C (iii) The glass transition point (Tg) as measured in DSC is in the range of 0-100°C (iv) A structural unit derived from at least one species selected from the group consisting of styrene, α-methylstyrene, indene, vinyl toluene, and isopropenyl toluene is contained in the molecule in an amount of 50-100 mass%

L’invention a pour objet de fournir une nouvelle composition de résine à base de chlorure de vinyle d’une excellente transparence, et un corps moulé, plus particulièrement, un raccord de tuyau, formé à partir de cette composition. La composition de résine de l’invention contient 3 à 15 parties en masse d’un matériau absorbant les chocs (B) de température de transition vitreuse (Tg) selon une analyse calorimétrique différentielle inférieure ou égale à 0°C, et 0,1 à 10 parties en masse d’un lubrifiant (C) satisfaisant les conditions (i) à (iv), pour 100 parties en masse d’une résine à base de chlorure de vinyle (A) de teneur en chlore comprise entre 55 et 75% en masse. (i) une viscosité à l’état fondu à 200°C comprise entre 5 et 5000mP・s, (ii) un point de ramollissement se trouvant dans une plage de 60 à 180°C, (iii) une température de transition vitreuse (Tg) mesurée selon une analyse calorimétrique différentielle (ACD) se trouvant dans une plage de 0 à 100°C, (iv) une teneur en unité structurale dérivée d’au moins un élément choisi dans un groupe constitué d’un styrène, d’un α-méthylstyrène, d’un indène, d’un vinyltoluène et d’unisopropényltoluène, comprise entre 50 et 100% en masse dans chaque molécule.

本発明は、透明性に優れる新たな塩化ビニル系樹脂組成物、ならびにこの樹脂組成物から形成される成形体、特にはパイプ継手を提供することをその目的とする。本発明の樹脂組成物は、塩素含有率が55~75質量%である塩化ビニル系樹脂(A)100質量部に対して、DSCにおけるガラス転移温度(Tg)が0℃以下であるゴム系衝撃吸収材(B)3~15質量部、下記要件(i)~(iv)を満たす滑剤(C)0.1~10質量部を含む。 (i)200℃における溶融粘度が5~5,000mP・sである (ii)軟化点が60~180℃の範囲にある (iii)示差走査熱量計(DSC)で測定したガラス転移温度(Tg)が0~100℃の範囲にある (iv)分子中に、スチレン、α-メチルスチレン、インデン、ビニルトルエン、およびイソプロペニルトルエンからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種に由来する構造単位を50~100質量%含有する
