Abstract:
(EN) This positive electrode active material for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprises: secondary particles formed by aggregating primary particles of a Ni-containing lithium composite oxide; a rare earth compound attached to the surfaces of the secondary particles; a tungsten compound attached to the surfaces of the secondary particles; and lithium carbonate attached to the surfaces of the primary particles inside the secondary particles. The proportion of Ni in the Ni-containing lithium composite compound is at least 80 mol% with respect to the total molar quantity of metal elements present in the Ni-containing lithium composite compound except for lithium. The contained amount of the lithium carbonate is at least 0.3 mass% with respect to the total amount of the Ni-containing lithium composite oxide.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau actif d’électrode positive pour accumulateur à électrolyte non aqueux qui comprend : des particules secondaires formées par agrégation de particules primaires d’un oxyde composite de lithium contenant du Ni ; un composé de terres rares fixé aux surfaces des particules secondaires ; un composé de tungstène fixé aux surfaces des particules secondaires ; et du carbonate de lithium fixé aux surfaces des particules primaires à l’intérieur des particules secondaires. La proportion de Ni dans le composé composite de lithium contenant du Ni est d’au moins 80 % molaire par rapport à la quantité molaire totale d’éléments de métal présents dans le composé composite de lithium contenant du Ni à l’exception du lithium. La teneur contenue du carbonate de lithium est d’au moins 0,3 % en masse par rapport à la teneur totale de l’oxyde composite de lithium contenant du Ni.
(JA) 非水電解質二次電池用正極活物質は、Niを含むリチウム複合酸化物の一次粒子が凝集した二次粒子と、二次粒子の表面に付着した希土類化合物と、二次粒子の表面に付着したタングステン化合物と、二次粒子の内部における一次粒子の表面に付着した炭酸リチウムと、を含む。前記Niを含むリチウム複合酸化物中のNiの割合は、前記Niを含むリチウム複合酸化物中のリチウムを除く金属元素の総モル量に対して80モル%以上であり、炭酸リチウムの含有量は、前記Niを含むリチウム複合酸化物の総量に対して0.3質量%以上である。
