Abstract
(EN) Provided is an LED module capable of suppressing LED chip damage caused by pulse lighting for flashing, when used in a flashlight lamp. This LED module for flashlight lamps is characterized by: including an LED substrate (13), a plurality of LEDs (12), and a plurality of resin layers (11); the plurality of LEDs (12) being mounted on one mounting surface of the LED substrate (13); the plurality of LEDs (12) each having a resin layer (11) laminated upon a surface thereof on the opposite side to the LED substrate (13); and the plurality of resin layers (11) laminated on each LED (12) being separated from adjacent resin layers (11).
(FR) L'invention concerne un module à DEL capable de limiter l'endommagement de puces à DEL causé par un éclairage pulsé servant au clignotement, lorsqu'il est utilisé dans une lampe-torche. Ce module à DEL pour lampes-torches est caractérisé: en ce qu'il comprend un substrat (13) de DEL, une pluralité de DEL (12), et une pluralité de couches (11) de résine; la pluralité de DEL (12) étant montée sur une surface de montage du substrat (13) de DEL; la pluralité de DEL (12) possédant chacune une couche (11) de résine stratifiée sur une surface de celle-ci du côté opposé au substrat (13) de DEL; et la pluralité de couches (11) de résine stratifiée sur chaque DEL (12) étant séparée des couches (11) de résine adjacentes.
