Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a composite film with optical functionality, high barrier properties, and outstanding flexibility; and an organic electroluminescence device with flexibility and high durability. Provided is an organic electroluminescence device which includes a composite film that includes at least one phase difference layer, a substrate, and an inorganic layer, the composite film being configured such that: the phase difference layer is a layer formed by hardening a composition that includes a liquid crystal compound; the inorganic layer contains silicon nitride; the distance between the surfaces of the substrate and the composite film is 60 µm or less; the product E × t × l fulfills expression 1 where, with regard to each of the layers other than the substrate, E is the elasticity in GPa units, t is the thickness in µm units, and l is the distance from the substrate surface to the center of the layer in µm units; and the total SUM (E × t × l) of E × t × 1 of all of the layers other than the substrate fulfills expression 2. 0.8 ≤ E × t × l (expression 1), SUM (E × t × l) ≤ 1500 (expression 2).
(FR) L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir : un film composite à fonctionnalité optique, à propriétés de barrière élevées et à excellente flexibilité ; et un dispositif électroluminescent organique à flexibilité et durabilité élevée. L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique comprenant un film composite qui comprend au moins une couche à différence de phases, un substrat et une couche inorganique, le film composite étant conçu de sorte que : la couche à différence de phases soit une couche formée par durcissement d'une composition qui comprend un composé de cristaux liquides ; la couche inorganique contienne du nitrure de silicium ; la distance séparant les surfaces du substrat et du film composite soit inférieure ou égale à 60 µm ; le produit E × t × l satisfasse l'expression 1 où, par rapport à chacune des couches autres que le substrat, E est l'élasticité en unités GPa, t est l'épaisseur en unités µm, et l est la distance de la surface de substrat au centre de la couche en unités µm ; et SUM total (E × t × l) de E × t × 1 de toutes les couches autres que le substrat satisfasse l'expression 2. 0,8 ≤ E × t × l (expression 1), SUM (E × t × l) ≤ 1500 (expression 2).
