Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a powder compact core 1 which has electromagnetic properties that do not vary easily even when used in a high-temperature environment, which has excellent mechanical properties, and which is provided with a molded body 1B containing a soft magnetic powder and an exterior coat of the molded body 1B, wherein the exterior coat contains polyether sulfone. Also provided are: a method for manufacturing the powder compact core 1; an electric/electronic component provided with the powder compact core 1; and an electric/electronic apparatus having the electric/electronic component mounted therein.
(FR) L'invention concerne un noyau compact en poudre 1 qui a des propriétés électromagnétiques qui ne varient pas facilement même lorsqu'il est utilisé dans un environnement à haute température, qui présente d'excellentes propriétés mécaniques, et qui comprend un corps moulé 1B contenant une poudre magnétique douce et un revêtement extérieur du corps moulé 1B, le revêtement extérieur contenant du polyéther sulfone. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication du noyau compact en poudre 1, un composant électrique/électronique comprenant le noyau compact en poudre 1, et un appareil électrique/électronique dans lequel est monté le composant électrique/électronique.
