Abstract:
(EN) This gel composition contains an amphipathic block polymer having a hydrophilic block chain and a hydrophobic block chain. An organogel is obtained by mixing the amphipathic block polymer with an organic solvent, and a xerogel is produced by removing the organic solvent from the organogel. A hydrogel is produced by mixing the xerogel with water or an aqueous solution. A hydrogel including cells can also be produced by mixing the xerogel with an aqueous solution such as a cell culture liquid or the like, the aqueous solution containing cells to be cultured.
(FR) L’invention concerne une composition de gel qui contient un polymère séquencé amphipathique ayant une chaîne de blocs hydrophiles et une chaîne de blocs hydrophobes. Un organogel est obtenu par mélange du polymère séquencé amphipathique avec un solvant organique, et un xérogel est produit par élimination du solvant organique de l'organogel. Un hydrogel est produit par mélange du xérogel avec de l'eau ou une solution aqueuse. Un hydrogel comprenant des cellules peut également être produit par mélange du xérogel avec une solution aqueuse telle qu'un liquide de culture cellulaire ou analogue, la solution aqueuse contenant des cellules à cultiver.
(JA) ゲル組成物は、親水性ブロック鎖と疎水性ブロック鎖とを有する両親媒性ブロックポリマーを含有する。両親媒性ブロックポリマーを有機溶媒と混合することによりオルガノゲルが得られ、オルガノゲルから有機溶媒を除去することによりキセロゲルが形成される。キセロゲルと水または水溶液とを混合することによりヒドロゲルが形成される。キセロゲルに細胞培養液等の培養対象の細胞を含む水溶液を混合することにより、細胞を内包するヒドロゲルを形成してもよい。
