(EN) A sub-wiring pattern (21) branches from a first branch part (20a) of a main-wiring pattern (20), and is connected to the main-wiring pattern (20) at a second branch part (20b). A resistance element (12) and a three terminal type capacitive element (13) are serially connected to the main-wiring pattern (20) between the first branch part (20a) and the second branch part (20b). The path length of the sub-wiring pattern (21) is formed longer than a path length from the first branch part (20a) to the second branch part (20b) in the main-wiring pattern (20).
(FR) Selon l'invention, un motif de sous-câblage (21) se ramifie à partir d'une première partie de ramification (20a) d'un motif de câblage principal (20) et est connecté au motif de câblage principal (20) au niveau d'une seconde partie de ramification (20b). Un élément de résistance (12) et un élément capacitif de type à trois bornes (13) sont connectés en série au motif de câblage principal (20) entre la première partie de ramification (20a) et la seconde partie de ramification (20b). La longueur de trajet du motif de sous-câblage (21) est supérieure à la longueur de trajet partant de la première partie de ramification (20a) à la seconde partie de ramification (20b) dans le motif de câblage principal (20).
