Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a motor diagnosis device capable of diagnosing whether there is an abnormality in a motor by detecting a sideband wave generated in a peak shape adjacent to a power supply frequency even when the motor has a varying load torque. [Solution] The current of a motor 5 is detected by a current detector 4 and is input from a current input unit 10. In a logical calculation unit 11, power spectrum analysis results, which have been obtained for a plurality of batches through a frequency analysis of the current waveform when the current is stable, are averaged; a sideband wave is detected from the averaged power spectrum analysis results ; a difference value between a power spectrum peak at the motor power supply frequency and a power spectrum peak in a rotation frequency band is calculated to thereby determine whether there is an abnormality in the motor 5; and when it is determined that there is an abnormality, an alarm is output from an alarm output unit 12.
