Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is an alloyed-Al-plated steel sheet for hot stamping, the steel sheet having on a surface thereof an Al-Fe alloy layer that includes an A-phase (Fe-Al alloy phase containing 45-85% Fe and 4-13% Si) and has a thickness of 15 µm or greater, wherein the ratio of the length occupied by the A-phase in a topmost surface of a cross-section perpendicular to the surface of the steel sheet is 10% to 50%.
(FR) La présente invention consiste en une tôle d'acier plaquée d'Al allié pour estampage à chaud, la tôle d'acier ayant, sur une surface de cette dernière, une couche d'alliage Al-Fe qui comprend une phase A (phase d'alliage Fe-Al contenant de 45 à 85 % de Fe et de 4 à 13 % de Si) et a une épaisseur de 15 µm ou plus, le rapport de la longueur occupée par la phase A dans une surface supérieure d'une section transversale perpendiculaire à la surface de la tôle d'acier allant de 10 % à 50 %.
(JA) 本発明は、表面に、A相(Feを45~85%、Siを4~13%含有するFe-Al系合金相)を含みかつ厚さ15μm以上のAl-Fe合金層を有する鋼板であって、鋼板の表面と垂直な断面の最上面において、A相が占める長さの比率が10%以上50%以下であるホットスタンプ用合金化Alめっき鋼板である。
