Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To make limp-home mode travel possible with simple configuration and control. [Solution] In addition to providing a limp-home drive gear (72) and a limp-home driven gear (74) on the respective back surfaces of a movable primary pulley (24) and a fixed secondary pulley (32) so as to be able to rotate integrally with said movable primary pulley (24) and fixed secondary pulley (32), a limp-home idler gear (76) that is able to engage with both the limp-home drive gear (72) and the limp-home driven gear (74) is provided. When a malfunction occurs in a belt V, the movable primary pulley (24) is moved outside the range of movement for the movable primary pulley (24) for when there is no malfunction in the belt V and is engaged with the limp-home drive gear (72) and limp-home idler gear (76) to implement the limp-home mode travel. As a result, it is possible to implement the limp-home mode travel with a simple configuration and simple control.
(FR) Le problème à résoudre par la présente invention est de rendre possible un déplacement en mode dégradé possible avec une configuration et une commande simples. La solution selon l’invention porte sur un engrenage d'entraînement en mode dégradé (72) et sur un engrenage entraîné en mode dégradé (74) sur les surfaces arrière respectives d'une poulie primaire mobile (24) et d'une poulie secondaire fixe (32) de manière à pouvoir tourner d'un seul tenant avec ladite poulie primaire mobile (24) et la poulie secondaire fixe (32), un pignon fou en mode dégradé (76) qui est apte à venir en prise avec à la fois l'engrenage d'entraînement en mode dégradé (72) et l'engrenage entraîné en mode dégradé (74). Lorsqu'un dysfonctionnement se produit dans une courroie V, la poulie primaire mobile (24) est déplacée à l'extérieur de la plage de mouvement pour la poulie primaire mobile (24) en l'absence de dysfonctionnement dans la courroie V et est en prise avec l'engrenage d'entraînement en mode dégradé (72) et le pignon fou en mode dégradé (76) pour mettre en œuvre le déplacement de mode en mode dégradé. Par conséquent, il est possible de mettre en œuvre le déplacement de mode en mode dégradé avec une configuration simple et une commande simple.
(JA) 【課題】簡易な構成および制御でリンプホーム走行を可能にすること。【解決手段】可動プライマリプーリ(24)および固定セカンダリプーリ(32)それぞれの背面にリンプホーム用駆動ギヤ(72)およびリンプホーム用被駆動ギヤ(74)を当該可動プライマリプーリ(24)および固定セカンダリプーリ(32)と一体回転可能に設けると共に、リンプホーム用駆動ギヤ(72)およびリンプホーム用被駆動ギヤ(74)の両方に噛合い可能なリンプホーム用アイドラギヤ(76)を設ける。そして、ベルトVに異常が生じた際には、ベルトVに異常が生じていない状態における可動プライマリプーリ(24)の移動範囲外に当該可動プライマリプーリ(24)を移動させ、リンプホーム用駆動ギヤ(72)とリンプホーム用アイドラギヤ(76)とを噛合わせて、リンプホーム走行を実現する。これにより、簡易な構成かつ簡易な制御でリンプホーム走行を実現できる。
