The purpose of the present invention is to appropriately notify of maintenance of an unmanned work machine. An unmanned lawn mowing system 1 is provided with both a plurality of unmanned lawn mowers 2, which perform work while traveling autonomously, and a management server 6, with each said unmanned lawn mower 2 communicating with the management server 6, wherein each unmanned lawn mower 2 is provided with an information transmission unit 44 that transmits, to the management server 6, operation information 52 including information indicating working conditions, and wherein the management server 6 is provided with: an instance accumulation unit 68 that accumulates instances of failure and/or maintenance of each unmanned lawn mower 2 and associates these instances with operation information 52 about the unmanned lawn mower 2, said instances having been derived from said operation information 52; a maintenance determination unit 64 that, upon acquiring operation information 52 transmitted from an unmanned lawn mower 2, determines whether or not the unmanned lawn mower 2 requires maintenance, on the basis of instances indicated by the acquired operation information 52, or similar instances; and a maintenance notification transmission unit 66 that notifies the unmanned lawn mower 2 of the maintenance in accordance with the result of the determination made by the maintenance determination unit 64.

La présente invention vise à notifier de manière appropriée la maintenance d'une machine de travail sans pilote. Un système de tonte de gazon sans pilote 1 comporte à la fois une pluralité de tondeuses à gazon sans pilote 2, qui réalisent un travail tout en se déplaçant de manière autonome, et un serveur de gestion 6, chacune desdites tondeuses à gazon sans pilote 2 communiquant avec le serveur de gestion 6, chaque tondeuse à gazon sans pilote 2 comportant une unité de transmission d'informations 44 qui transmet, au serveur de gestion 6, des informations de fonctionnement 52 comprenant des informations indiquant des conditions de travail, et le serveur de gestion 6 comportant : une unité d'accumulation d'instances 68 qui accumule des instances de défaillance et/ou de maintenance de chaque tondeuse à gazon sans pilote 2 et associe ces instances aux informations de fonctionnement 52 relatives à la tondeuse à gazon sans pilote 2, lesdites instances ayant été obtenues à partir desdites informations de fonctionnement 52 ; une unité de détermination de maintenance 64 qui, lors de l'acquisition d'informations de fonctionnement 52 transmises à partir d'une tondeuse à gazon sans pilote 2, détermine si la tondeuse à gazon sans pilote 2 nécessite ou non une maintenance, sur la base d'instances indiquées par les informations de fonctionnement 52 acquises, ou d'instances similaires ; et une unité de transmission de notification de maintenance 66 qui notifie, à la tondeuse à gazon sans pilote 2, la maintenance conformément au résultat de la détermination réalisée par l'unité de détermination de maintenance 64.
