(EN) The method for manufacturing a functional optical lens according to the present invention includes a bending step for bending a functional optical sheet formed by layering a thermoplastic resin sheet layer formed from a thermoplastic resin on a functional optical film layer formed by a functional optical film, a functional optical layered body formation step for layering a thermoplastic resin composition by injection molding on a recess side of the functional optical sheet bent by the bending step and forming a functional optical layered body, and a functional optical lens formation step for forming a functional optical lens by further layering the thermoplastic resin composition by injection molding on the recess side of the functional optical sheet of the functional optical layered body formed in the functional optical layered body formation step.
(FR) La présente invention a trait à un procédé qui permet de fabriquer une lentille optique fonctionnelle et qui comprend une étape de cintrage consistant à cintrer une feuille optique fonctionnelle formée par stratification d'une couche de feuille de résine thermoplastique réalisée à partir d'une résine thermoplastique sur une couche de film optique fonctionnel formée par un film optique fonctionnel, une étape de formation de corps stratifié optique fonctionnel consistant à stratifier une composition de résine thermoplastique par moulage par injection sur un côté évidement de la feuille optique fonctionnelle cintrée lors de l'étape de cintrage et à former un corps stratifié optique fonctionnel, ainsi qu'une étape de formation de lentille optique fonctionnelle consistant à former une lentille optique fonctionnelle grâce à une stratification supplémentaire de la composition de résine thermoplastique par moulage par injection sur le côté évidement de ladite feuille optique fonctionnelle du corps stratifié optique fonctionnel formé lors de l'étape de formation de corps stratifié optique fonctionnel.
(JA) 機能性光学レンズの製造方法は、機能性光学フィルムにより形成された機能性光学フィルム層に熱可塑性樹脂により形成された熱可塑性樹脂シート層を積層して形成した機能性光学シートを曲げ加工する曲げ加工ステップと、曲げ加工ステップにより曲げ加工された機能性光学シートの凹部側に、射出成形により熱可塑性樹脂組成物を積層させ、機能性光学積層体を形成する機能性光学積層体形成ステップと、機能性光学積層体形成ステップにおいて形成された機能性光学積層体に対して、機能性光学シートの凹部側に、射出成形により熱可塑性樹脂組成物をさらに積層させ、機能性光学レンズを形成する機能性光学レンズ形成ステップとを含む。
