The system designed allows to bake pizzas in a wood-burning oven at a certain height from the hob and at the same time that of the Neapolitan type on the hob, it also allows an increase in productivity, functionality and, above all, guarantees the ideal cooking for the various pizza types. Without this system, the pans should be rotated manually over a tripod in the oven. There are already existing wood-burning ovens with rotating cooking surfaces, which ensure uniform cooking by eliminating the effect of the radiant side of the oven, but what distinguishes our system are the following two innovative elements: - Adjusting the baking height from the hob that avoids the burning of the bottom of the pizza baking tray giving it the unique characteristics that distinguish our product. - Simultaneous cooking of different types of pizza.

L’invention concerne un système permettant de cuire des pizzas dans un four à bois à une certaine hauteur de la plaque et en même temps de cuire des pizzas du type napolitaine sur la plaque. Le système permet également une augmentation de la productivité, de la fonctionnalité et, surtout, garantit la cuisson idéale de divers types de pizza. Sans ce système, les plats doivent être tournés manuellement sur un trépied dans le four. Il existe déjà des fours à bois ayant des surfaces de cuisson rotatives, qui assurent une cuisson uniforme en éliminant l'effet du côté rayonnant du four, mais ce qui distingue le système décrit par la présente invention sont les deux éléments innovants suivants : le réglage de la hauteur de cuisson de la plaque qui évite de brûler le fond de la plaque de cuisson de pizza lui conférant les caractéristiques uniques qui distinguent le produit décrit par la présente invention, et la cuisson simultanée de différents types de pizza.
