Abstract:
(EN) A fuel line assembly for conveying hydrogen fuel is installed between a fuel cell and a hydrogen storage system as a fuel line system in a vehicle. The fuel line assembly includes rigid metal pipes and a flexible connector, which includes a flexible hose and a first and second couplings. Each of the couplings includes a guide sleeve, a sealer ring and a metal collar, and is configured for sealing the connected area between the rigid metal pipes and the flexible hose. The metal collar is deformed to press the flexible hose against the rigid metal pipe for enhancing the sealing effect.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un ensemble conduite de carburant permettant de transporter du carburant hydrogène installé entre une pile à combustible et un système de stockage d'hydrogène en tant que système de conduite de carburant dans un véhicule. L'ensemble conduite de carburant comprend des tuyaux métalliques rigides et un raccord souple, qui comprend un tuyau flexible et des premier et second accouplements. Chacun des accouplements comprend un manchon de guidage, une bague d'étanchéité et un collier métallique, et est conçu pour rendre étanche la zone raccordée entre les tuyaux métalliques rigides et le tuyau flexible. Le collier métallique est déformé pour presser le tuyau flexible contre le tuyau métallique rigide pour améliorer l'effet d'étanchéité.
