Abstract
(EN) A method of synthesis of two-dimensional (2D) nanoparticles comprises combining a first nanoparticle precursor and a second nanoparticle precursor in one or more solvents to form a solution, followed by heating the solution to a first temperature for a first time period, then subsequently heating the solution to a second temperature for a second time period, wherein the second temperature is higher than the first temperature, to effect the conversion of the nanoparticle precursors into 2D nanoparticles. In one embodiment, the first nanoparticle precursor is a metal-amine complex and the second nanoparticle precursor is a slow-releasing chalcogen source.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de synthèse de nanoparticules en deux dimensions (2D) qui consiste à combiner un premier précurseur de nanoparticules et un second précurseur de nanoparticules dans un ou plusieurs solvants pour former une solution, puis à chauffer la solution à une première température pendant une première période de temps, puis à chauffer ensuite la solution à une seconde température pendant une seconde période de temps, la seconde température étant supérieure à la première température, afin d'effectuer la conversion des précurseurs de nanoparticules en nanoparticules 2D. Dans un mode de réalisation, le premier précurseur de nanoparticules est un complexe métal-amine et le second précurseur de nanoparticules est une source de chalcogène à libération lente.
