Abstract
(EN) A device for monitoring the health of a transmission line that connect a signal source (20, 31) to an antenna (5, 6, 7, 8, 32), the device including one coupler or a plurality of couplers (C1, C2, C3, 35), at determined distances along the transmission line (36), and a processing unit (22) sensitive to the signals present at least one port of each of the couplers, and arranged to compute the phase shift (α) between the direct and reflected component at a predetermined position of the transmission line, and/or an electrical length of the transmission line, and/or a delay of the transmission line,based on the measured signals.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné à surveiller le bon fonctionnement d'une ligne d'émission qui relie une source de signal (20, 31) à une antenne (5, 6, 7, 8, 32), ce dispositif comprenant un coupleur ou une pluralité de coupleurs (C1, C2, C3, 35), situés à des distances déterminées le long de la ligne de transmission (36), et une unité de traitement (22) sensible aux signaux présents au niveau d'au moins un port de chacun des coupleurs, et agencée pour calculer le déphasage (α) entre le composant direct et réfléchi au niveau d'une position prédéterminée de la ligne de transmission, et/ou une longueur électrique de la ligne de transmission, et/ou un retard de la ligne de transmission, sur la base des signaux mesurés.
