Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for optimising continuous combustion systems that reduces fuel consumption, exhaust gas and particulate emissions. The operation principle is based on the introduction of small amounts of hydrogen in the fuel intake duct of the system, or preferably along the continuous combustion chamber, in order to optimise the combustion of conventional fuels, improving the combustion reaction parameters. The present method has the effect of increasing the temperature of the walls of the chamber, ensuring the re-ignition and a more complete combustion, thus reducing the amount of fuel supplied. This optimised combustion increases combustion efficiency and reduces its impact on the environment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'optimisation de systèmes à combustion continue, réduisant la consommation de combustible, les émissions de gaz d'échappement et les matières particulaires. Le principe de fonctionnement est basé sur l'introduction de petites quantités d'hydrogène dans le conduit d'admission de combustible du système, ou de préférence le long de la chambre de combustion continue, avec pour objectif d'optimiser la combustion des combustibles classiques, améliorant les paramètres de la réaction de combustion, les effets du processus en question augmentant la température des parois de la chambre, assurant un ré-allumage et une combustion plus complète, permettant ainsi de réduire l'alimentation en combustible. Cette combustion optimisée augmente le rendement de la combustion et réduit son impact environnemental.
(PT) A presente invenção diz respeito a um método para a optimização de sistemas de combustão contínua, que reduz o consumo de combustível, as emissões de gases de escape e material particulado. O princípio de funcionamento baseia- se na introdução de pequenas quantidades de hidrogénio na conduta de admissão de combustível do sistema, ou preferencialmente ao longo da câmara de queima contínua, com o objetivo de otimizar a queima dos combustíveis tradicionais, melhorando os parâmetros da reação de combustão, os efeitos do processo em questão aumentará a temperatura das paredes da câmara, assegurando re-ignição e combustão mais completa, permitindo assim reduzir a alimentação de combustível. Esta combustão otimizada irá aumentar a eficiência da combustão e reduzir o seu impacto ambiental.
