Abstract:
(EN) Method for making a heat exchanger for gases and heat exchanger for gases made by said method The method comprises fixing a structural member to one end of a housing (B) by directing a laser beam so that it impinges on surfaces to be welded of the housing (B) and of a projecting portion of the structural member that extends outwards with respect to the housing (B), so that the laser beam follows a straight path that comes from a point located within a volume that surrounds the housing (B) between its opposite ends (Ba, Bb). The exchanger comprises a structural member that has a projecting portion that extends outwards with respect to the housing (B) and transversely with respect to a longitudinal axis thereof, and the exchanger has been made according to the method of the present invention.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à fabriquer un échangeur de chaleur destiné à des gaz et un échangeur de chaleur destiné à des gaz fabriqué par ledit procédé. Le procédé comprend la fixation d'un élément structural à une extrémité d'un boîtier (B) en dirigeant un faisceau laser de sorte qu'il frappe sur des surfaces à souder du boîtier (B) et d'une partie saillante de l'élément structural qui s'étend vers l'extérieur par rapport au boîtier (B), de sorte que le faisceau laser suive un trajet rectiligne qui provient d'un point situé à l'intérieur d'un volume qui entoure le boîtier (B) entre ses extrémités opposées (Ba, Bb). L'échangeur comprend un élément structural qui possède une partie saillante qui s'étend vers l'extérieur par rapport au boîtier (B) et transversalement par rapport à un axe longitudinal de ce dernier, et l'échangeur a été fabriqué selon le procédé de la présente invention.
