Abstract:
(EN) A thermoplastic elastomer composition comprising a blend of (A) a thermoplastic organic polyether block amide copolymer, (B) a silicone composition comprising (B1) a silicone base comprising (B1a) a diorganopolysiloxane polymer having a viscosity of at least 1000000mPa.s at 25°C and an average of at least 2 alkenyl groups per molecule and (B1b) a reinforcing filler in an amount of from 1 to 50% by weight based on the weight of (B1a), (B2) an organohydrido silicone compound which contains an average of at least 2 silicon-bonded hydrogen groups per molecule, (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst, and optionally: one or more additives component (D), wherein the weight ratio of thermoplastic organic polyether block amide copolymer (A) to the silicone composition (B) is in the range 50:50 to 95:5, and wherein component (B2) and (C) are present in an amount sufficient to cure said silicone composition (B1).
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition d'élastomère thermoplastique comprenant un mélange de (A) un copolymère d'amide séquencé de polyéther organique thermoplastique, (B) une composition de silicone comprenant (B1) une base de silicone comprenant (b1a) un polymère de diorganopolysiloxane ayant une viscosité d'au moins 1 000 000 mPa.s à 25 °C et une moyenne d'au moins 2 groupes alcényle par molécule et (B1b) une charge de renforcement en une quantité de 1 à 50 % en poids sur la base du poids de (B1a), (B2) un composé organohydrido silicone qui contient une moyenne d'au moins 2 groupes hydrogène à liaison silicium par molécule, (C) un catalyseur d'hydrosilylation, et éventuellement : un ou plusieurs composants additifs (D), le rapport en poids du copolymère amide séquencé de polyéther organique thermoplastique (A) à la composition de silicone (B) se trouvant dans la plage de 50/50 à 95/5, et les composants (B2) et (C) étant présents en une quantité suffisante pour durcir ladite composition de silicone (B1).
