Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a process for producing a polyamide powder (PP) containing at least one semicrystalline polyamide (P) and at least one additive (A). The semicrystalline polyamide (P) and the at least one additive (A) are initially compounded with one another in an extruder and subsequently introduced into a solvent (SV) in which the at least one semicrystalline polyamide (P) then crystallizes to obtain the polyamide powder (PP). The present invention further relates to the thus-obtainable polyamide powder (PP) and to the use of the polyamide powder (PP) as sintering powder (SP) and also to a process for producing a moulded article by selective laser sintering of a polyamide powder (PP).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d'une poudre de polyamide (PP) qui contient au moins un polyamide (P) partiellement cristallin et au moins un additif (A). A cet effet, on mélange d'abord l'un à l'autre, dans une extrudeuse, le polyamide (P) partiellement cristallin et le ou les additifs (A), puis on les introduit dans un solvant (LM), le ou les polyamides (P) partiellement cristallins subissant ensuite une cristallisation avec obtention de la poudre de polyamide (PP). En outre, la présente invention concerne la poudre de polyamide (PP) ainsi obtenue, et l'utilisation de la poudre de polyamide (PP) en tant que poudre de frittage (SP), ainsi qu'un procédé pour la fabrication d'un objet moulé par frittage laser sélectif d'une poudre de polyamide (PP).
(DE) Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Polyamidpulvers (PP), das mindestens ein teilkristallines Polyamid (P) und mindestens ein Additiv (A) enthält. Dabei werden zunächst das teilkristalline Polyamid (P) und das mindestens eine Additiv (A) miteinander in einem Extruder compoundiert und anschließend in ein Lösungsmittel (LM) eingebracht, in dem dann das mindestens eine teilkristalline Polyamid (P) kristallisiert unter Erhalt des Polyamidpulvers (PP). Darüber hinaus betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung das so erhältliche Polyamidpulver (PP) und die Verwendung des Polyamidpulvers (PP) als Sinterpulver (SP) sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formkörpers durch selektives Lasersintern eines Polyamidpulvers (PP).
