Die Erfindung betrifft nichtmetallische Turbinenkomponente, insbesondere Gasturbinenkomponente, beispielsweise für stationäre Gasturbinen, aus Ceramic Matrix Composite Materialien (CMCs). Durch die vorliegende Erfindung wird erstmals eine CMC-Turbinenkomponente vorgestellt, die über feine und komplexe Kühlkanalstrukturen verfügt. Diese Kühlkanalstrukturen werden innerhalb der CMC-Turbinenkomponente erzeugt, ohne dass diese mechanisch strapazierenden Verfahren wie Ätzen, Fräsen, Schneiden etc. unterworfen wird. Dies ist beispielsweise an den Innenwänden der Kühlkanäle erkennbar.

The invention relates to a non-metal turbine component, particularly a gas turbine component, for example for stationary gas turbines, consisting of ceramic matrix composite (CMC) materials. A CMC turbine component comprising fine and complex cooling channel structures is provided for the first time by the invention. These cooling channel structures are produced inside the CMC turbine component without said component being subjected to mechanically stressful methods such as etching, milling, cutting etc. This can be seen, for example, on the inner walls of the cooling channels.

L'invention concerne des composants de turbine non métalliques, notamment des composants de turbine à gaz, par exemple pour des turbines à gaz fixes, en matériaux composites à matrice céramique (CMC). La présente invention concerne tout d'abord un composant de turbine en CMC, qui dispose de structures canaux de refroidissement fins et complexes. Ces structures canaux de refroidissement sont réalisés dans les composants de turbine CMC, sans soumettre ces derniers aux procédés mécaniquement éprouvants, tels que la gravure, le fraisage, la coupe etc.. Cela est reconnaissable, par exemple, aux parois internes des canaux de refroidissement.
