Abstract
(EN) A dynamic UE capability message specifying a number of beams to be evaluated within different groups of UE TX beam directions associated with different antenna arrays of a UE may be communicated to a transmit receive point (TRP). Each group of UE TX beam directions may include beam directions that are candidates for uplink data transmission. Based on information in the dynamic UE capability message, the TRP can assign SRS resources (for uplink beam management or uplink channel sounding) and/or schedule a multi-layer MIMO uplink transmission in accordance with a UE capability constraint. This may ensure that the SRS resources assignment and/or scheduled multi-layer MIMO uplink transmission is consistent with the UE's beamforming capabilities.
(FR) Selon l'invention, un message de capacité d'UE dynamique spécifiant un nombre de faisceaux à évaluer dans différents groupes de directions de faisceau TX d'UE associées à différents réseaux d'antennes d'un UE peut être communiqué à un point de réception d'émission (TRP). Chaque groupe de directions de faisceau TX d'UE peut comprendre des directions de faisceau qui sont des candidats pour une transmission de données de liaison montante. Sur la base d'informations dans le message de capacité d'UE dynamique, le TRP peut attribuer des ressources SRS (pour une gestion de faisceau de liaison montante ou un sondage de canal de liaison montante) et/ou planifier une transmission de liaison montante MIMO multicouche conformément à une contrainte de capacité d'UE. Ceci permet d'assurer que l'attribution de ressources SRS et/ou la transmission de liaison montante MIMO multi-couche programmée soit cohérente avec les capacités de formation de faisceau de l'UE.
