Abstract:
(EN) A micro laser diode projector (702) comprises: an MEMS scanning device (301, 401, 501, 601), which rotates around a first axis (X) and a second axis (Y) that are orthogonal to each other; and a micro laser diode light source (312, 412, 512, 612) including at least one micro laser diode (204r, 204g, 204b, 304r, 304g, 304b, 4041, 5041), wherein the micro laser diode light source (312, 412, 512, 612) is mounted on the MEMS scanning device(301, 401, 501, 601) and rotates around the first and second axes (X, Y) with the MEMS scanning device (301, 401, 501, 601) to project light to a projection screen (630). An electronics apparatus (700) including the micro laser diode projector (702) is also discussed.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, un projecteur à micro-diodes laser (702) comprend : un dispositif de balayage MEMS (301, 401, 501, 601), qui tourne autour d'un premier axe (X) et d'un second axe (Y) qui sont orthogonaux l'un par rapport à l'autre ; et une source de lumière à micro-diodes laser (312 412, 512, 612) comprenant au moins une micro-diode laser (204r, 204g, 204b, 304r, 304g, 304b, 4041, 5041), la source de lumière à micro-diodes laser étant montée sur le dispositif de balayage MEMS (301, 401, 501, 601) et tournant autour des premier et second axes (X, Y) au moyen du dispositif de balayage MEMS (301, 401, 501, 601) pour projeter de la lumière sur un écran de projection (630).
