Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed are a DC to DC converter (3) and control method thereof. The DC to DC converter includes a first converter circuit (30), a second converter circuit (31), a transformer (32) having a primary winding (N1) and a secondary winding (N2), a first resonant tank (33) having a first capacitive element (C r1) and a first inductive element (L r1), and a second resonant tank (34) having a second capacitive element (C r2) and a second inductive element (L r2). The first capacitive element and the first inductive element are coupled between the first converter circuit and the primary winding of the transformer; the second capacitive element and the second inductive element are coupled between the second converter circuit and the secondary winding of the transformer. Wherein during power transfer from the second converter circuit to the first converter circuit, a first plurality of first power-semiconductor-devices (S p1, S p2, S p3, S p4) of the first converter circuit are operable to charge the first capacitive element during a first half cycle of a switching period; and a second plurality of the first power-semiconductor-devices (S p5, S p6, S p7, S p8) of the first converter circuit are operable to provide an output voltage comprising an voltage across the primary winding of the transformer and the voltage of the first capacitive element superimposed thereon. This provides step-up gain for the backward direction, the first converter circuit operating in double voltage rectification manner and the second converter circuit working in the conventional full-bridge modulation with switching frequency fixed substantially at the resonant frequency.
(FR) L'invention concerne un convertisseur continu-continu (3) et son procédé de commande. Le convertisseur continu-continu comprend un premier circuit convertisseur (30), un second circuit convertisseur (31), un transformateur (32) ayant un enroulement primaire (N1) et un enroulement secondaire (N2), un premier réservoir résonant (33) ayant un premier élément capacitif (C r1) et un premier élément inductif (L r1), et un second réservoir résonant (34) ayant un second élément capacitif (C r2) et un second élément inductif (L r2). Le premier élément capacitif et le premier élément inductif sont couplés entre le premier circuit convertisseur et l'enroulement primaire du transformateur; le second élément capacitif et le second élément inductif sont couplés entre le second circuit convertisseur et l'enroulement secondaire du transformateur. Pendant le transfert de puissance du second circuit convertisseur au premier circuit convertisseur, une première pluralité de premiers dispositifs à semi-conducteur de puissance (S p1, S p2, S p3, S p4) du premier circuit convertisseur ont pour fonction de charger le premier élément capacitif pendant un premier demi-cycle d'une période de commutation; et une seconde pluralité de premiers dispositifs à semi-conducteur de puissance (S p5, S p6, S p7, S p8) du premier circuit convertisseur ont pour fonction de fournir une tension de sortie comprenant une tension aux bornes de l'enroulement primaire du transformateur et la tension du premier élément capacitif superposée sur celle-ci. Ceci fournit un gain d'élévation pour la direction arrière, le premier circuit convertisseur fonctionnant en redressement double tension et le second circuit convertisseur travaillant dans la modulation en pont complet classique avec une fréquence de commutation fixée sensiblement sur la fréquence de résonance.
