Abstract:
(EN) A millimeter-wave complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) transmitter or receiver and an antenna on a printed circuit board (PCB) comprising a contactless wave-connector. The contactless wave-connector replaces a conventional mechanical connector for wireless transmission over ultra-short distances of about 2 mm or less.
(FR) L'invention concerne un émetteur ou récepteur à semi-conducteur à oxyde de métal complémentaire (CMOS) à ondes millimétriques et une antenne sur une carte de circuit imprimé (PCB) comprenant un connecteur d'onde sans contact. Le connecteur d'ondes sans contact remplace un connecteur mécanique classique pour une transmission sans fil sur des distances ultra-courtes d'environ 2 mm ou moins.
