Abstract:
(EN) A medical device, such as an extra-cardiovascular implantable cardioverter defibrillator, is configured to store a cardiac signal segment in response to sensing a cardiac event and obtain a notch filtered signal segment by notch filtering the cardiac signal segment. The medical device determines a count of crossings of the notch filtered signal segment by the cardiac signal segment and determines whether electromagnetic interference (EMI) is present in the cardiac signal segment based on a value of the count.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif médical, tel qu’un défibrillateur à synchronisation automatique implantable extra-cardiovasculaire, configuré pour stocker un segment de signal cardiaque en réponse à la détection d’un événement cardiaque et pour obtenir un segment de signal filtré coupe-bande par filtrage coupe-bande du segment de signal cardiaque. Le dispositif médical détermine un décompte de croisements du segment de signal par filtrage coupe-bande par le segment de signal cardiaque et détermine si une interférence électromagnétique (EMI) est présente dans le segment de signal cardiaque sur la base d’une valeur du décompte.
