Abstract:
(EN) In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a method for determining media weight based on pressure roller temperature is described. According to the method, a time interval is determined by counting the number of pages processed by the fusing system. After the time interval, a surface temperature of a pressure roller of a fusing system is measured. A media weight is determined based on the surface temperature of the pressure roller.
(FR) Selon un exemple, la présente invention concerne un procédé pour déterminer un poids de support sur la base d'une température de rouleau de pression. Selon le procédé, un intervalle de temps est déterminé en comptant le nombre de pages traitées par le système de fusion. Après l'intervalle de temps, une température de surface d'un rouleau de pression d'un système de fusion est mesurée. Un poids de support est déterminé sur la base de la température de surface du rouleau de pression.
