Abstract:
The present invention provides a hybrid, steam heating-type and induction heating-type convenience food cooking device comprising: a spray module having a double-use nozzle part which selectively sprays steam or hot water, and a supply tube which supplies steam or hot water to the double-use nozzle part and is disposed with a rack and pinion gear; a driving module comprising a solenoid valve formed on an upper side of a raising and lowering plate so as to slide toward the supply tube, and a limit switch detecting raised and lowered heights of the raising and lowering plate and of the double-use nozzle part; an instant heating module; a recognition module recognizing a barcode having instant cooking recipe information; and a control module which, according to the instant cooking recipe information, raises and lowers the double-use nozzle part and the raising and lowering plate together by fastening the solenoid valve into a fastening recess of the supply tube in the case of a steam cooking recipe, and raises and lowers the double-use nozzle part alone by separating the solenoid valve from the fastening recess of the supply tube in the case of a hot water cooking recipe.
