(KO) 리튬 이차전지 복합전극용 슬러리 조성물, 이를 이용한 복합전극 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지 제조방법
Abstract:
(EN) A slurry composition for a lithium secondary battery composite electrode, a method for manufacturing a composite electrode using the same, and a method for manufacturing a lithium secondary battery including the same are provided. In the slurry composition for a composite electrode according to the present invention, a sulfide-based solid electrolyte powder, an electrode active material, and a binder are mixed in a solvent, wherein the solvent is a nonpolar solvent and may have a hydrogen bonding parameter (δh) of the Hansen solubility parameters of 4 to 7. According to the present invention, by providing a slurry composition for a composite electrode for electrostatic spray deposition and a method for manufacturing a composite electrode for a lithium secondary battery including the same, it is possible to control the thickness of the composite electrode to be formed and to enlarge the surface area thereof, and to improve bonding properties with a substrate.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition de bouillie pour une électrode composite de batterie secondaire au lithium, un procédé de fabrication d'une électrode composite l'utilisant, et un procédé de fabrication d'une batterie secondaire au lithium la comprenant. Dans la composition de bouillie pour une électrode composite selon la présente invention, une poudre d'électrolyte solide à base de sulfure, un matériau actif d'électrode et un liant sont mélangés dans un solvant, le solvant étant un solvant non polaire et pouvant avoir un paramètre de liaison à l'hydrogène (δh) des paramètres de solubilité de Hansen de 4 à 7. Selon la présente invention, en fournissant une composition de bouillie pour une électrode composite pour un dépôt par pulvérisation électrostatique et un procédé de fabrication d'une électrode composite pour une batterie secondaire au lithium la comprenant, il est possible de commander l'épaisseur de l'électrode composite à former et d'agrandir sa surface, et d'améliorer les propriétés de liaison avec un substrat.
(KO) 리튬 이차전지 복합전극용 슬러리 조성물, 이를 이용한 복합전극 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 복합전극용 슬러리 조성물은, 황화물계 고체전해질 분말, 전극 활물질 및 바인더가 용매에 혼합되되, 상기 용매는 무극성 용매이면서 한센 용해도 파라미터 중 수소결합 파라미터(δh)가 4 내지 7인 것일 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 정전 분무 증착을 위한 복합전극용 슬러리 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 복합전극 제조방법을 제공함으로써, 형성되는 복합 전극의 두께 제어 및 대면적화가 가능하고, 기판과의 접합성 등을 향상시킬 수 있다.
