Abstract:
(EN) A vibratory pile driver of the present invention comprises: an inner vibration body part having a hollow part into which a pile is inserted; a middle body part which surrounds the outer circumferential surface of the inner vibration body part and is supported by a vibration supporting unit such that an inner vibration body can vibrate; a bearing unit, which is installed between the middle body part and an outer body part, for rotatably supporting the middle body part with respect to the outer body part; a pile clamp unit, which is installed on the bottom of the inner vibration body part, for clamping the pile inserted into the hollow part; a vibration generating unit, which is installed on the bottom of the inner vibration body part, for providing a vibrating force for hammering or withdrawing the pile; a first rotational drive part, which is installed between the middle body part and the outer body part, for enabling the middle body part to rotate or reverse-rotate with respect to the outer body part; a coupling unit which is installed on the outer body part and rotates by means of a bucket hydraulic cylinder installed on a boom of an excavator; and a second rotational drive part, which is installed on the coupling unit and the outer body part, for rotating the outer body part with respect to the coupling unit.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un engin de battage de pieux vibratoire qui comporte : une partie de corps de vibration interne ayant une partie creuse dans laquelle un pieu est inséré ; une partie de corps intermédiaire qui entoure la surface circonférentielle externe de la partie de corps de vibration interne et qui est portée par une unité de support de vibration de sorte qu'un corps de vibration interne peut vibrer ; une unité de palier, qui est installée entre la partie de corps intermédiaire et une partie de corps externe, afin de porter de façon rotative la partie de corps intermédiaire par rapport à la partie de corps externe ; une unité de serrage de pieux, qui est installée sur le fond de la partie de corps de vibration interne, pour serrer le pieu inséré dans la partie creuse ; une unité de génération de vibrations, qui est installée sur le fond de la partie de corps de vibration interne, afin de fournir une force de vibration pour marteler ou retirer le pieu ; une première partie d'entraînement en rotation, qui est installée entre la partie de corps intermédiaire et la partie de corps externe, pour permettre à la partie de corps intermédiaire de tourner ou de tourner en sens inverse par rapport à la partie de corps externe ; une unité de couplage qui est installée sur la partie de corps externe et qui tourne au moyen d'un vérin hydraulique à godet installé sur une flèche d'une excavatrice ; une seconde partie d'entraînement en rotation, qui est installée sur l'unité de couplage et la partie de corps externe, pour faire tourner la partie de corps externe par rapport à l'unité de couplage.
