Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a device which can effectively and accurately predict a degree of deformation of a battery module in accordance with a swelling of a secondary battery. A battery module deformation prediction device according to the present invention is a device for predicting the deformation degree of the battery module in accordance with the swelling of the secondary battery in a battery module comprising one or more secondary battery within a module case thereof and comprises: a cell evaluation module which derives a relation between a thickness change amount and a reaction in relation to one secondly battery; a case evaluation module which derives a relation between a load applied to the module case and a width change amount of the module case; and a prediction module which predicts an amount of the deformation of the battery module by using the relation between the thickness change amount and the reaction of a battery, which has been derived by the cell evaluation module, and the relation between the load and the width change amount of the module case, which has been derived by the case evaluation module.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de prédire efficacement et précisément un degré de déformation d'un module de batterie en fonction d'un gonflement d'une batterie secondaire. Un dispositif de prédiction de déformation de module de batterie selon la présente invention est un dispositif permettant de prédire le degré de déformation du module de batterie conformément au gonflement de la batterie secondaire d'un module de batterie comprenant une ou plusieurs batteries secondaires situées dans son boîtier et comprend : un module d'évaluation d'élément qui dérive une relation entre une quantité de variation d'épaisseur et une réaction par rapport à une batterie secondaire; un module d'évaluation de boîtier qui déduit une relation entre une charge appliquée au boîtier de module et une quantité de variation de largeur du boîtier de module; et un module de prédiction qui prédit une quantité de la déformation du module de batterie en faisant intervenir la relation entre la quantité de variation d'épaisseur et la réaction d'une batterie, qui a été dérivée par le module d'évaluation d'élément, et la relation entre la charge et la quantité de variation de largeur du boîtier de module, qui a été dérivée par le module d'évaluation de boîtier.
(KO) 본 발명은 이차 전지의 스웰링에 따른 배터리 모듈의 변형 정도를 효과적이고 정확하게 예측할 수 있는 장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 배터리 모듈 변형 예측 장치는, 하나 이상의 이차 전지를 모듈 케이스 내에 구비하는 배터리 모듈에서, 상기 이차 전지의 스웰링에 의한 배터리 모듈의 변형을 예측하는 장치로서, 1개의 이차 전지에 대한 두께 변화량과 반력 사이의 관계를 도출하는 셀 평가 모듈, 상기 모듈 케이스에 인가되는 하중과 상기 모듈 케이스의 폭 변화량 사이의 관계를 도출하는 케이스 평가 모듈, 및 상기 셀 평가 모듈에 의해 도출된 전지의 두께 변화량과 반력 사이의 관계 및 상기 케이스 평가 모듈에 의해 도출된 모듈 케이스의 하중과 폭 변화량 사이의 관계를 이용하여, 배터리 모듈의 변형량을 예측하는 예측 모듈을 포함한다.
