Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a brush motor. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a brush motor wherein the same is structured to have four poles, twenty-four slots, and two brushes; the pole arc/pole angle ratio, which is the ratio of the magnet width against the pole interval, is optimized, thereby enabling compactness and lightness; and generation of "cogging torque" and "ripple current", which result from a change in the magnetic field between a rotor and stators, is minimized, thereby improving the rotation performance of the motor. In order to accomplish the above purpose, the present invention provides a brush motor comprising: a motor housing; a plurality of stators installed on the inner peripheral surface of the motor housing at an interval; a rotor rotatably installed inside the stators; a plurality of commutators installed at the rotation center axis of the rotor; and a plurality of brushes for applying electricity to respective commutators, wherein the rotor comprises multiple slots formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof at an interval and a plurality of coils wound around respective slots. Four stators are installed on the inner peripheral surface of the motor housing. Two brushes apply electricity to respective commutators of the rotor. Twenty-four slots of the rotor undergo drawing and repelling actions with the four stators, respectively, and generate rotational torque when excited or demagnetized by applied current, and twenty-four coil parts are wound around the slots, respectively, thereby providing a structure comprising four poles, twenty-four slots, and two brushes.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un moteur à balais. L'objet de la présente invention est de fournir un moteur à balais qui est structuré pour avoir quatre pôles, vingt-quatre fentes et deux balais ; le rapport arc polaire/angle polaire, qui est le rapport de la largeur d'aimant à l'intervalle polaire, est optimisé, ce qui permet une compacité et une légèreté ; et la génération d'un « couple de détente » et d'un « courant ondulatoire », qui résultent d'un changement du champ magnétique entre un rotor et des stators, est réduite au minimum, ce qui permet d'améliorer les performances de rotation du moteur. Afin d'atteindre l'objectif ci-dessus, la présente invention concerne un moteur à balais comprenant : un carter de moteur ; une pluralité de stators installés sur la surface périphérique interne du carter de moteur à un intervalle ; un rotor installé de manière rotative à l'intérieur des stators ; une pluralité de commutateurs installés au niveau de l'axe central de rotation du rotor ; et une pluralité de balais pour appliquer de l'électricité à des commutateurs respectifs, le rotor comprenant de multiples fentes formées sur sa surface périphérique externe à un intervalle et une pluralité de bobines enroulées autour de fentes respectives. Quatre stators sont installés sur la surface périphérique interne du carter de moteur. Deux balais appliquent de l'électricité à des commutateurs respectifs du rotor. Vingt-quatre fentes du rotor subissent des actions d'attraction et de répulsion avec les quatre stators, respectivement et génèrent un couple de rotation lorsqu'elles sont excitées ou démagnétisées par un courant appliqué et vingt-quatre parties de bobine sont enroulées autour des fentes, respectivement, fournissant ainsi une structure comprenant quatre pôles, vingt-quatre fentes et deux balais.
(KO) 본 발명은 브러시 모터에 관한 것으로서, 4극 24슬롯 2브러시의 구조를 가지되, 극 간격에 대한 자석 폭의 비율인 극호비를 최적화하여, 소형, 경량화가 가능하고, 아울러 로터와 스테이터들 사이에서의 자기장 변화에 따른 "코깅토크"와 "리플전류"의 발생을 최소화하여, 모터의 회전성능을 개선시키는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 모터 하우징과, 모터 하우징의 내주면에 간격을 두고 설치되는 복수의 스테이터들과, 스테이터들의 내측에 회전가능하게 설치되는 로터와, 로터의 회전중심축에 설치되는 복수의 정류자들 및 각 정류자에 전기를 인가하는 복수의 브러시들을 구비하며, 로터는, 외주면에 간격을 두고 형성되는 다수의 슬롯들과, 각 슬롯에 권선되는 복수의 코일을 포함하는 브러시 모터에 있어서, 모터 하우징의 내주면에 설치되는 스테이터들이 4개이고, 로터의 각 정류자에 전기를 인가하는 브러시가 2개이며; 인가되는 전기에 의해 여자 또는 소자될 시에, 4개의 스테이터들과 각각 인력 및 척력작용을 하면서 회전토크를 발생시키는 로터의 슬롯과, 슬롯에 권선되는 코일부분이 24개인 4극 24슬롯(Slot) 2브러시(Brush) 구조이다.
