Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a herringbone-type fluid guiding unit and an apparatus for concentrating fluid using same. The herring-bone type fluid guiding unit comprises: a front member formed on a flow path and formed so that the width between the left side and the right side widens from a front end part toward the back, with respect to the flow direction of a fluid; and a rear member extending from the front member toward the back, wherein the rear member is provided with a recessed part that is recessed to a specific depth from the rear edge toward the front or with a protruding part that protrudes toward the back. When the recessed part is formed in the rear member, the recessed part is formed so that the width between the left side and the right side becomes narrower from the rear edge toward the front of the rear member, and an angle between a first virtual line and a second virtual line respectively extending from a first apex at the very front toward the left and right ends at the very back is wider than an angle between a third virtual line and a fourth virtual line extending from a second apex at the very front of the front member toward the left and right ends at the very back of the front member, wherein the angle between the first virtual line and the second virtual line is no more than 180 degrees. The herringbone-type fluid guiding unit and the apparatus for concentrating fluid using same, according to the present invention, have the fluid guiding unit interfering with a fluid of which the angle at the front end part is formed to be wider than the angle at a rear end part to reduce pressure drop in the flow of fluid at the back of the fluid guiding unit, thereby having the advantage of enhancing cell recovery efficiency with respect to the fluid.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une unité de guidage de fluide du type à chevrons et un appareil de concentration de fluide l'utilisant. L'unité de guidage de fluide du type à chevrons comprend : un élément avant formé sur un chemin d'écoulement et formé de telle sorte que la largeur entre le côté gauche et le côté droit s'élargit d'une partie d'extrémité avant vers l'arrière, par rapport à la direction d'écoulement d'un fluide ; et un élément arrière s'étendant de l'élément avant vers l'arrière, l'élément arrière comportant une partie évidée qui est évidée à une profondeur spécifique depuis le bord arrière vers l'avant ou comportant une partie saillante qui fait saillie vers l'arrière. Lorsque la partie évidée est formée dans l'élément arrière, la partie évidée est formée de telle sorte que la largeur entre le côté gauche et le côté droit devient plus étroite du bord arrière vers l'avant de l'élément arrière, et un angle entre une première ligne virtuelle et une deuxième ligne virtuelle s'étendant respectivement à partir d'un premier sommet tout à l'avant vers les extrémités gauche et droite tout à l'arrière est plus grand qu'un angle entre une troisième ligne virtuelle et une quatrième ligne virtuelle s'étendant à partir d'un second sommet tout à l'avant de l'élément avant vers les extrémités gauche et droite tout à l'arrière de l'élément avant, l'angle entre la première ligne virtuelle et la deuxième ligne virtuelle n'étant pas supérieur à 180 degrés. L'unité de guidage de fluide du type à chevrons et l'appareil de concentration de fluide l'utilisant, selon la présente invention, ont l'unité de guidage de fluide interférant avec un fluide dont l'angle au niveau de la partie d'extrémité avant est formé de façon à être plus grand que l'angle au niveau d'une partie d'extrémité arrière afin de réduire une chute de pression dans l'écoulement de fluide à l'arrière de l'unité de guidage de fluide, ce qui a pour avantage d'améliorer l'efficacité de récupération de cellule par rapport au fluide.
(KO) 본 발명은 헤링본 타입 유체유도유닛 및 이를 이용한 유체 농축 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 헤링본 타입 유체유도유닛은 상기 유동로 상에 설치되며, 상기 유체의 유동방향을 기준으로 전단부에서 후방으로 갈수록 좌우폭이 확장되게 형성된 전방부재 및 상기 전방부재로부터 후방으로 연장되되, 후방 가장자리로부터 전방으로 소정깊이 인입된 인입부분이 형성되거나 후방으로 돌출된 돌출부분이 형성된 후방부재를 구비하고, 상기 후방부재에 상기 인입부분이 형성시 상기 인입부분은 상기 후방부재의 후방 가장자리로부터 전방으로 갈수록 좌우폭이 감소되게 형성되고, 최전방에 위치한 제1꼭지점에서 최후방의 좌우측 단부로 각각 연장된 제1 및 제2가상선의 사이각이 상기 전방부재의 최전방에 위치한 제2꼭지점에서 상기 전방부재의 최후방의 좌우측 단부로 각각 연장된 제3 및 제4가상선의 사이각보다 크되, 180도 이하로 형성된다. 본 발명에 따른 헤링본 타입 유체유도유닛 및 이를 이용한 유체 농축 장치는 유체를 간섭하는 유체유도유닛이 전단부를 이루를 각도보다 후단부를 이루는 각도가 더 크게 형성되어 있으므로 유체유도유닛의 후방의 유체 흐름에 발생하는 압력강하를 감소시켜 유체에 대한 세포의 회수효율을 향상시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
