Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a graft copolymer having improved thermal stability, a preparation method therefor, a thermoplastic resin composition containing the same, and a molded product and, more specifically, to a graft copolymer having a core-shell structure, the graft copolymer being polymerized by comprising a specific amount of metal sorbate, which can be readily removed in a dehydration process, as an emulsifier so as to alleviate the problem of thermal stability deterioration caused by residual emulsifiers during the preparation of an emulsion-polymerized graft copolymer. According to the present invention, by reducing the amount of residual emulsifiers, the thermal stability of a graft copolymer is improved, and a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded product, which comprise the same, have excellent impact strength, flowability, and the like and also have effects of improved physical properties such as transparency, a degree of discoloration during injection duration and a degree of discoloration during high-temperature long-term storage.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un copolymère greffé ayant une stabilité thermique améliorée, son procédé de préparation, une composition de résine thermoplastique le contenant, et un produit moulé et, plus spécifiquement, un copolymère greffé ayant une structure cœur-coque, où le copolymère greffé est polymérisé et contient une quantité spécifique de sorbate métallique, qui peut être facilement éliminée dans un processus de déshydratation, à titre d'émulsifiant de façon à atténuer le problème de détérioration de la stabilité thermique provoquée par des émulsifiants résiduels pendant la préparation d'un copolymère greffé polymérisé en émulsion. Selon la présente invention, la réduction de la quantité d'émulsifiants résiduels améliore la stabilité thermique du copolymère greffé, et une composition de résine thermoplastique et un produit moulé le contenant ont une excellente résistance aux chocs, aptitude à l'écoulement, et autres, et ont également des effets de propriétés physiques telles que transparence, degré de décoloration au cours de l'injection et degré de décoloration au cours du stockage à long terme à haute température qui sont tous améliorés.
(KO) 본 발명은 열안정성이 개선된 그라프트 공중합체, 이의 제조방법, 이를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 성형품에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 유화중합 그라프트 공중합체 제조 시 잔류 유화제에 의해 열안정성이 저하되는 문제점을 개선하고자 유화제로서 탈수 공정에서 제거가 용이한 소르빈산 금속염을 특정 함량으로 포함하여 중합된 코어-쉘 구조의 그라프트 공중합체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 잔류 유화제 함량의 저감으로 그라프트 공중합체의 열안정성이 개선되고, 이를 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물 및 성형품은 충격강도나 유동성 등이 우수하면서도 투명도, 사출 체류 시 변색도, 고온 장기 보관 시 변색도 등의 물성 상승 효과가 있다.
