Title: METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ANTIBACTERIAL FABRIC BY USING CALCIUM ANTIBACTERIAL AGENT
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method capable of manufacturing, through a simple process in a post-processing step, an antibacterial fabric of which an antibacterial property of fibers is continuously maintained and which is very friendly to the human body and environment. According to the present invention, provided is a method for manufacturing an antibacterial fabric, comprising the steps of: preparing an antibacterial coating agent comprising water, 1-10 g/ℓ of an aqueous binder, and 5-30 g/ℓ of a calcium antibacterial agent, which comprises any one of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), calcium oxide (CaO) and a hydrogen ion-containing calcium ((Ca(2H-)) or a mixture of two or more thereof; adding the antibacterial coating agent to a fiber at a pickup rate of 70-80% by dipping a fiber fabric in the antibacterial coating agent; and heat treating the antibacterial coating agent-added fiber fabric at a temperature of 100-180 °C for at least 30 seconds, and fixing the same.
