Abstract:
(EN) An injection device that comprises a detection unit and a puncturing unit. The detection unit comprises: an electrode that can detect the electrical characteristics of biological tissue; and a first tracking mechanism that tracks the movement of the biological tissue. The puncturing unit can puncture the biological tissue and administer a substance-to-be-administered to the biological tissue through a hollow part that is demarcated inside the puncturing unit. The position of the puncturing unit can be specified on the basis of the position of the electrode. The puncturing unit comprises a second tracking mechanism that tracks the movement of the biological tissue. The second tracking mechanism comprises a needle member and an impelling member that impels the needle member toward the distal-end side of the needle member and can expand and contract in the extension direction of the needle member in association with the movement of the needle member in the extension direction thereof.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'injection qui comprend une unité de détection et une unité de perforation. L'unité de détection comprend : une électrode qui peut détecter les caractéristiques électriques d'un tissu biologique ; et un premier mécanisme de suivi qui suit le mouvement du tissu biologique. L'unité de perforation peut percer le tissu biologique et administrer une substance devant être administrée au tissu biologique à travers une partie creuse qui est délimitée à l'intérieur de l'unité de perforation. La position de l'unité de perforation peut être spécifiée sur la base de la position de l'électrode. L'unité de perforation comprend un second mécanisme de suivi qui suit le mouvement du tissu biologique. Le second mécanisme de suivi comprend un élément d'aiguille et un élément de poussée qui pousse l'élément d'aiguille vers le côté d'extrémité distale de l'élément d'aiguille et peut se dilater et se contracter dans la direction d'extension de l'élément d'aiguille en association avec le mouvement de l'élément d'aiguille dans la direction d'extension de celui-ci.
(JA) インジェクション装置は、生体組織の電気的特性を検出可能な電極と、生体組織の動きに追従する第1追従機構と、を備える検出部と、生体組織に穿刺して、内部に区画された中空部を通じて生体組織に被投与物を投与可能な穿刺部と、を備え、前記穿刺部の位置が、前記電極の位置に基づいて特定可能であり、前記穿刺部が、生体組織の動きに追従する第2追従機構を備え、前記第2追従機構が、針部材と、当該針部材を当該針部材の遠位端側に向かって付勢し、当該針部材の延在方向における移動に伴って当該延在方向に伸縮可能な付勢部材と、を備える。
