Abstract
(EN) A heating medium passage (30) and a cooling medium passage (32) are formed in a movable core (14), i.e. a die. A heating medium supplied from a heating temperature controller (34) via a heating medium supply line (36), and a cooling medium supplied from a cooling temperature controller (38) via a cooling medium supply line (40) respectively circulate in the heating medium passage (30) and the cooling medium passage (32). Furthermore, a heating medium circulation line (54) for returning the heating medium to the heating temperature controller (34), and a cooling medium circulation line (62) for returning the cooling medium to the cooling temperature controller (38) are connected respectively to the heating medium supply line (36) and the cooling medium supply line (40).
(FR) L'invention concerne un passage de milieu de chauffage (30) et un passage de milieu de refroidissement (32) qui sont formés dans un noyau mobile (14), c'est-à-dire une matrice. Un milieu de chauffage fourni par un dispositif de commande de température de chauffage (34) par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite d'alimentation en milieu de chauffage (36), et un milieu de refroidissement fourni par un dispositif de commande de température de refroidissement (38) par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite d'alimentation en agent de refroidissement (40), circulent respectivement dans le passage de milieu de chauffage (30) et le passage de milieu de refroidissement (32). En outre, une conduite de circulation de milieu de chauffage (54) destinée à renvoyer le milieu de chauffage vers le dispositif de commande de température de chauffage (34), et une conduite de circulation de milieu de refroidissement (62) destinée à renvoyer le milieu de refroidissement vers le dispositif de commande de température de refroidissement (38), sont reliées respectivement à la conduite d'alimentation en milieu de chauffage (36) et à la conduite d'alimentation en milieu de refroidissement (40).
(JA) 金型である可動中子(14)には、熱媒通路(30)と冷媒通路(32)が形成される。熱媒通路(30)、冷媒通路(32)には、加熱用温調器(34)から熱媒供給ライン(36)を介して供給された加熱媒体、冷却用温調器(38)から冷媒供給ライン(40)を介して供給された冷却媒体がそれぞれ流通する。さらに、熱媒供給ライン(36)、冷媒供給ライン(40)の各々には、加熱媒体を加熱用温調器(34)に戻すための熱媒循環ライン(54)、冷却媒体を冷却用温調器(38)に戻すための冷媒循環ライン(62)が接続される。
