Title: AUTONOMOUSLY REPLICATING PLASMID OF METHANOL-ASSIMILATING YEAST
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an autonomously replicating plasmid containing an autonomously replicating sequence (ARS) which is usable for over-expressing a protein in a yeast. More specifically, the present invention pertains to an autonomously replicating plasmid which contains an ARS derived from a methanol-assimilating yeast Ogataea minuta.
