Abstract
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide an autonomously replicating plasmid containing an autonomously replicating sequence (ARS) which is usable for over-expressing a protein in a yeast. More specifically, the present invention pertains to an autonomously replicating plasmid which contains an ARS derived from a methanol-assimilating yeast Ogataea minuta.
(FR) L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un plasmide à réplication autonome contenant une séquence de réplication autonome (ARS) qui est utilisable pour surexprimer une protéine dans une levure. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne un plasmide à réplication autonome qui contient un ARS dérivé d'une levure assimilant le méthanol Ogataea minuta.
