Abstract:
(EN) According to the present invention, each one of insulation covered conductive particles comprises a conductive base material particle and insulating fine particles that cover the surface of the base material particle, and has a sparse region where the number of the insulating fine particles per unit area is small or 0 and a dense region where the number of the insulating fine particles per unit area is larger than that of the sparse region.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, chacune des particules conductrices recouvertes d'isolant comprend une particule de matériau de base conductrice et des particules fines isolantes qui recouvrent la surface de la particule de matériau de base, et présente une région creuse où le nombre de fines particules isolantes par unité de surface est faible ou égal à 0, et une région dense où le nombre de particules fines isolantes par unité de surface est supérieur à celui de la région creuse.
(JA) 絶縁被覆導電粒子は、導電性を有する基材粒子と、該基材粒子の表面を被覆する絶縁性微粒子とを備え、単位面積当たりの絶縁性微粒子数が少ない若しくは0である粗領域と、粗領域よりも単位面積当たりの絶縁性微粒子数が多い密領域とを有する。
