Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a two-phase stainless-clad steel which suppresses precipitation of ð phases and carbides and which exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, and a method for producing same. Provided is a two-phase stainless-clad steel that has a two-phase stainless layer on one or both surfaces of a base steel sheet, the two-phase stainless-clad steel being characterized in that: the constituent composition of a cladding material contains, in terms of mass%, not more than 0.030% of C, more than 0.15% but not more than 1.00% of Si, not more than 1.50% of Mn, not more than 0.0400% of P, not more than 0.0100% of S, 4.50-7.00% of Ni, 21.0-24.0% of Cr, 2.5-3.5% of Mo, and 0.08-0.20% of N, and has a PI, as defined by formula (1), of 34.0-38.0, with the remainder comprising Fe and unavoidable impurities; the phase fraction of α phases and that of γ phases in the cladding material are each 30-70%; and the total phase fraction of ð phases and carbides is not more than 1.0%. (FR) La présente invention concerne un acier plaqué inoxydable à deux phases qui supprime la précipitation de phases ð et de carbures et qui fait preuve d'une excellente résistance à la corrosion, et un procédé de production dudit acier. L'invention concerne un acier plaqué inoxydable à deux phases qui possède une couche inoxydable à deux phases sur une ou sur les deux surfaces d'une feuille d'acier de base, l'acier plaqué inoxydable à deux phases étant caractérisé en ce que : la composition constitutive d'un matériau de placage contient, en termes de % en masse, pas plus de 0,030 % de C, plus de 0,15 % mais pas plus de 1,00 % de Si, pas plus de 1,50 % de Mn, pas plus de 0,0400 % de P, pas plus de 0,0100 % de S, de 4,50 à 7,00 % de Ni, de 21,0 à 24,0 % de Cr, de 2,5 à 3,5 % de Mo, et de 0,08 à 0,20 % de N, et possède un IP, tel que défini par la formule (1), de 34,0 à 38,0, le reste comprenant du Fe et des impuretés inévitables ; la fraction de phase de phases α et celle de phases γ dans le matériau de placage sont chacune de 30 à 70 % ; et la fraction de phase totale des phases ð et des carbures n'est pas plus de 1,0 %.
