Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a capacity control valve provided with an auxiliary communication passage and having an improved function of discharging a liquid refrigerant in a control chamber when a variable capacity compressor is started, the capacity control valve making it possible to shorten the start time of the variable capacity compressor and, at the same time, to increase operation efficiency at the time of control. [Solution] The capacity control valve is provided with a throttle valve portion 12 having: a communication hole 23 disposed between a second valve portion 21B and a third valve portion 21A and making an intermediate communication passage 26 and a third valve chamber 4 communicate with each other; and a second valve hole 12A disposed between a second valve chamber 6 and the third valve chamber 4. The throttle amount of the throttle valve portion 12 with respect to the stroke of a valve body 21 is set to be large at the initial stage of valve opening where the second valve portion 21B separates from a second valve seat surface 6A, and to decrease after the initial stage of valve opening.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une soupape de commande de capacité pourvue d'un passage de communication auxiliaire et ayant une fonction améliorée de décharge d'un réfrigérant liquide dans une chambre de commande lorsqu'un compresseur à capacité variable est démarré, la soupape de commande de capacité permettant de raccourcir le temps de démarrage du compresseur à capacité variable et, dans le même temps, d'augmenter l'efficacité de fonctionnement au moment de la commande. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une soupape de commande de capacité pourvue d'une partie papillon des gaz (12) ayant : un trou de communication (23) disposé entre une deuxième partie de soupape (21B) et une troisième partie de soupape (21A) et amenant un passage de communication intermédiaire (26) et une troisième chambre de soupape (4) à communiquer l'un avec l'autre ; et un second trou de soupape (12A) disposé entre une deuxième chambre de soupape (6) et la troisième chambre de soupape (4). La quantité d'étranglement de la partie papillon des gaz (12) par rapport à la course d'un corps de soupape (21) est réglée pour être grande au stade initial de l'ouverture de la soupape où la deuxième partie de soupape (21B) se sépare d'une seconde surface de siège de soupape (6A), et pour diminuer après l'étape initiale de l'ouverture de la soupape.
(JA) 【課題】補助連通路を設けて容量可変型圧縮機の起動時における制御室の液冷媒の排出機能を改善した容量制御弁において、容量可変型圧縮機の起動時間の短縮と制御時における運転効率の向上とを同時に達成できる容量制御弁を提供すること。 【解決手段】第2弁部21Bと第3弁部21Aの間に配設されるとともに中間連通路26と第3弁室4を連通させる連通孔23、及び第2弁室6と第3弁室4との間に配設される第2弁孔12Aを有する絞り弁部12と、を備え、弁体21のストロークに対する絞り弁部12の絞り量は、第2弁部21Bが第2弁座面6Aから離脱する開弁初期において大きく、開弁初期より後は小さくなる。
