Abstract:
(EN) A fine particle manufacturing device 1 provided with: a container 10; a spray nozzle 20 that sprays a mixed fluid including a raw material and a pressurized fluid into the container 10; a filter 21 disposed in the bottom of the container 10, the filter 21 capturing raw material fine particles generated by the spraying of the spray nozzle 20; a recovery opening 14 formed so as to be able to open and close at the bottom of the side wall of the container 10; and a rotating blade 22 that is rotationally driven above the filter 21, whereby the fine particles of the raw material captured on the filter 21 are fed toward the recovery opening 14. By means of the fine particle manufacturing device 1, it is possible to manufacture and efficiently recover the fine particles.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif 1 de fabrication de particules fines qui comprend : un récipient 10 ; une buse de pulvérisation 20 qui pulvérise un fluide mixte comprenant une matière première et un fluide sous pression dans le récipient 10 ; un filtre 21 disposé au fond du récipient 10, le filtre 21 capturant les particules fines de matière première générées par la pulvérisation de la buse de pulvérisation 20 ; une ouverture de récupération 14 formée de manière à pouvoir être ouverte et fermée au fond de la paroi latérale du récipient 10 ; et une lame rotative 22 qui est entraînée en rotation au-dessus du filtre 21, moyennant quoi les particules fines de la matière première capturées sur le filtre 21 sont amenées vers l'ouverture de récupération 14. Au moyen du dispositif 1 de fabrication de particules fines, il est possible de fabriquer et de récupérer efficacement les particules fines.
(JA) 容器10と、原料および加圧流体を含む混合流体を容器10内に噴射する噴射ノズル20と、容器10内の下部に配置されて噴射ノズル20の噴射により生成された原料微粒子を捕捉するフィルタ21と、容器10の側壁下部に開閉可能に形成された回収口14と、フィルタ21の上方で回転駆動されることによりフィルタ21上に捕捉された原料微粒子を回収口14に向けて搬送する回転翼22とを備える微粒子製造装置1である。この微粒子製造装置1によれば、微粒子の製造および回収を効率良く行うことができる。
