Abstract:
(EN) According to the present invention, when the load of an impact is imparted, the concentration of stress on the mounting part of a reclining mechanism is prevented, damage to a cushion frame and a seat back frame is prevented, the occurrence of a creep phenomenon in which the frame is deformed by a fastening force is prevented, and the possibility of decreasing the fastening force is reduced. The present invention is provided with a resin seat back frame 3 and a cushion frame 2. The seat back frame 3 is rotatably supported by the cushion frame 2 by means of a reclining mechanism 5. An outer cushion bracket 25 is provided outside the cushion frame 2. An inner cushion bracket 26 fixed to the reclining mechanism 5 is provided between the reclining mechanism 5 and the cushion frame 2. The cushion frame 2 is sandwiched by the outer cushion bracket 25 and the inner cushion bracket 26, and the outer cushion bracket 25 and the inner cushion bracket 26 are fixed by means of bolts 6.
(FR) Selon la présente invention, la transmission de la charge d'un impact empêche la concentration de contrainte sur la partie de montage d'un mécanisme d'inclinaison, l'endommagement d'un cadre de coussin et d'un cadre de dossier de siège, l'apparition d'un phénomène de fluage dans lequel le cadre est déformé par une force de fixation, et restreint la possibilité de diminuer la force de fixation. La présente invention comprend un cadre de dossier de siège en résine (3) et un cadre de coussin (2). Le cadre de dossier de siège (3) est soutenu en rotation par le cadre de coussin (2) au moyen d'un mécanisme d'inclinaison (5). Un support de coussin externe (25) est disposé à l'extérieur du cadre de coussin (2). Un support de coussin interne (26) fixé au mécanisme d'inclinaison (5) est disposé entre le mécanisme d'inclinaison (5) et le cadre de coussin (2). Le cadre de coussin (2) est pris en sandwich par le support de coussin externe (25) et le support de coussin interne (26), et le support de coussin externe (25) et le support de coussin interne (26) sont fixés au moyen de boulons (6).
